Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover Manage coordination between design consultants, contractors, client stakeholders, and operators. Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met in line with client vision and operational objectives. Manage contract administration, programme scheduling, change management, cost plans, cost control and projections. Identify and report risks and early warnings; and implement mitigation strategies. Report regularly to the Project Director and Client on project progress, risks, and key decisions. Ensure stakeholder engagement, including local authorities and community representatives. Qualifications Minimum 8–15 years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to public venues, campuses or commercial developments. Experience managing high-specification, architecturally driven functional developments. Strong technical understanding of mega structures for large venues, MEP, and specialist lecture theatre / hall systems. Proven stakeholder and consultant management skills. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent. Prior experience on large span structures / buildings, lecture theatres, systems integrations.
