OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in MEP construction management, project scheduling, and team leadership. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing with a strong understanding of construction site experience.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid and Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with project management principles including project coordination and scheduling.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
