JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our esteemed client in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the construction industry and demonstrate leadership in delivering complex projects to successful completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong MEP project portfolio.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale MEP works independently.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately or within 2 weeks.

• Lead and manage MEP project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, site engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor MEP installation progress and ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage procurement schedules and material approvals related to MEP scope.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related MEP issues.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are strictly followed.
