Universal Search group are looking for an experienced MEPH Project Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health works on a large-scale healthcare project at Hospital project in Tooting. This is a site-based role, and candidates must be able to manage MEPH packages through coordination, supervision, and integration with wider construction activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate all MEPH activities and subcontractors on site
• Monitor progress against programme, ensuring works are delivered to specification and schedule
• Interface with the main project team and attend daily/weekly coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hospital-specific protocols, and technical standards
• Review technical submissions and support commissioning and handover planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven track record managing MEPH works on complex construction projects
• Prior experience in live healthcare environments highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of current regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Relevant trade or engineering background preferred
• CSCS/SMSTS/First aid
