We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP QA/QC Engineer to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations in line with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards. This role will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain a rigorous QA/QC program throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP QA/QC roles within the contracting or construction industry.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with QA/QC tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM is a plus.

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans for MEP works.
• Review and approve MEP materials, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients on inspections, approvals, and quality-related issues.
• Maintain and organize documentation, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, NCRs, and QA/QC reports.
• Monitor the work of subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Verify and witness testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
• Support the project team in resolving technical and quality-related issues promptly.
