We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with minimum of 05 years’ experience.

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Monitor and control quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to verify compliance with design drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Document and report any non-conformities or defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality plans.
• Maintain proper records of materials, equipment, and site activities for auditing and future reference.
• Liaise with project management, design teams, subcontractors, and clients regarding quality-related issues.
• Conduct quality meetings and training sessions to raise awareness of QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure all MEP activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits by clients, consultants, or regulatory bodies.
• Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance quality.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of defects.
