Context Blue Line EET-Project Missions/Main Duties Handles advanced responsibilities related to commercial management of MEP works for construction projects. The role involves quantity surveying tasks such as take-off, interim payments, and variation assessments while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and supporting Quantity surveying engineer staff within a project-based setup. Key Accountabilities Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP Works in accordance with drawings and specifications. Preparing the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices. preparing Payment interim for MEP Works and commercial documentation. Preparing Variation assessments and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Guide and mentor MEP Quantity surveying engineers. Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency. Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes. Profile/Skills Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering. 10-12 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying in construction projects. Deep understanding of MEP systems, specifications, and construction methodologies. Strong knowledge of contract administration (especially FIDIC), and local codes. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.
