Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with project requirements and financial constraints.
Tendering & Procurement:
Analyze tender documents and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP components.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgetary considerations.
Contract Administration:
Administer MEP contracts, including preparation of interim payment applications and final accounts.
Assess and manage variations, claims, and change orders related to MEP works.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all MEP-related financial transactions and contractual correspondence.
Prepare and present cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements to senior management.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Salary: Based on experience and performance.
