JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MEP Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong business contacts across the UAE and a proven track record in sales within the MEP industry. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive sales, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of MEP sales experience in the UAE market.
  • Strong business network across UAE within the MEP industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the UAE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MEP sector across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Promote and sell MEP products and services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
