ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a motivated MEP Sales Supervisor who can help us grow our business and manage day-to-day maintenance operations. If you’ve got sales skills and know your way around building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Bring in new clients and close deals in MEP & maintenance services
• Prepare quotes and follow up with clients
• Visit sites, inspect jobs, and supervise our technicians
• Make sure jobs are done properly and on time
• Handle client feedback and after-sales support
• Coordinate with the office team for scheduling and materials
• Keep track of job progress and report to management
