• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in MEP planning/scheduling for construction projects mainly into HIGH RISE BUILDINGS.

Experience:

• building contracting: 5 years (Required)

• Develop baseline schedules for MEP works using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.
• Break down project phases into detailed activities with logical sequences, durations, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules with project objectives.
• Track and analyze project progress against planned schedules, identifying delays and critical path impacts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose recovery plans for delays.
• Liaise with MEP contractors, design teams, and site engineers to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
• Attend project coordination meetings to provide schedule updates and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with the cost control team to integrate budget constraints into scheduling.
• Forecast manpower, equipment, and material requirements based on project timelines.
• Optimize resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain as-built schedules for project documentation and client handover.
• Participate in post-project reviews to identify planning improvements for future projects
