REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience.
• Experience in fit-out and commercial projects (offices, retail, hypermarkets, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
• English language is required.

• Supervise MEP works at site in line with project specifications and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
