• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works as per project plans.
• Monitor day-to-day MEP operations on-site.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth progress.
• Supervise and guide MEP technicians, subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain inspection logs and reports.
• Verify material compliance with project specifications.
• Work with CAD/BIM teams to update drawings to reflect actual site installations.
• Work effectively in MEP testing and commissioning
• Oversee rectification of snags and get final approvals.
• Attend and resolve maintenance issues in MEP

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Preferred Experience :- 6+ Years
