Description
Responsibilities
To manage team and provide effective guidance. Also, will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
MEP Supervisor should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
They must but not limited to in-depth knowledge of MEP equipment and elements.
Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff as required.
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
Perform audits over the task or job completion meeting the standards
Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment.
Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
Aware of MEP system sequence of operation, standard operating procedures.
Mindful of building fire cause & effect interface with MEP system.
