JOB OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems of construction projects, ensuring that they are installed and maintained to the highest standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to deliver high-quality MEP systems on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime and career advancement within our growing company.

As an Experienced MEP Supervisor, you will have expertise in designing and drafting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects. Your primary duties will include:
Supervising the maintenance team (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.).
Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
Managing emergency repairs and breakdowns.
Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
Reporting on maintenance activities and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
· Certifications such as LEED, PMP, or similar are a plus.
