ABOUT US:

We are a facility management company operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the last 5 years. We are looking for a maintenance supervisor who can consider this company as his own, is proactive and creative, exceptional technical skills and have passion to take the company to the next level.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years of previous experience with a Facility management company is a must.

EDUCATION:

B-Tech / Diploma, BE / BS (electrical, electronics, mechanical)

· Managing daily operations. Keeping an eye on any issue in planning.
· Making sure the projects and started and finished on time.
· Handling customer concerns.
· Visiting sites to keep an eye on the progress.
· Managing activities of technicians and proactively assign them works.
· Is available 24x7 for emergencies and for receiving customer calls.
· Working with full heart on daily activities and also contribute to bringing new business.
· Other works for the company to be informed later.
