JOB DESCRIPTION

• Experienced in Electrical, Mechanical Works, including Plumbing & HVAC in Fit out Works.
• Execute the construction work within the allocated time frame through the proper understanding and studying of the drawings and specifications of the project
• Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP trades, including electrical and plumbing teams.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, plans, and local codes.
• Responsible for control of the material and site labour.
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the MEP technical team.
• Schedule and manage day-to-day operations of the MEP teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with project requirements.
• Submits daily accurate time sheets for the operational staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must have UAE experience
• Proficient in reading and implementing technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• 10 years and above work experience in construction with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
