QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in MEP works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management procedures.

• Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities with technicians and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications for MEP works.
• Plan and monitor installations, maintenance, and repair tasks for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
