Description
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Mechanical/Electrical/Process systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and quality oversight. Develop and execute system design standards, operational protocol needs, and maintenance needs to optimize performance, safety, and reliability. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, vendors, and clients, to integrate process systems into facility designs and operations. Oversee the creation and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for process systems, ensuring accuracy and coordination with other disciplines. Conduct risk assessments, system performance analyses, and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to UPW purity, gas delivery, or chemical handling. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including SEMI standards, OSHA, and local codes for hazardous materials. Coordinate with procurement teams to select equipment, materials, and vendorss, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability. Implement monitoring and control systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC) to optimize system performance and support predictive maintenance. Stay updated on advancements in process system technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
