ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our projects. The role involves ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems with civil and architectural works while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP-related software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Coordinate all MEP activities with civil and architectural teams to avoid conflicts.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure that all MEP installations comply with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Facilitate authority submissions and secure NOCs for MEP systems.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed logs of MEP-related documents and approvals.
