We are looking for a multi-skilled technician with qualifications and expertise to undertake both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. The role includes carrying out allocated project installation tasks, fault diagnosis, and remedial repairs on project works. Key Accountabilities Perform electrical installations, including lighting, emergency lighting, and small power systems. Collaborate effectively with other technical staff as required. Participate in overtime, shift work, and out-of-hours duties to ensure continuity of essential plant and systems operations. Be part of the emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends, and public holidays. Follow project directives from the Supervisor while adhering to Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures. Obtain all necessary internal and/or external approvals before, during, and after project work, including Permit to Work and LockOut/TagOut procedures. Conduct hands-on repair of pumps, including seal replacements and alignment of pumps and motors. Specific Requirements Possession of a vocational training certificate in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or another relevant MEP maintenance and repair qualification. At least three years of experience in building services, maintenance, and/or facilities management. Advanced knowledge of electrical equipment, power supply, distribution systems, and associated lighting and control systems in commercial or other facilities management environments.
