JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive and experienced MEP Technician with 2 years of experience in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing at UAE preferably or other country preferably India and manage the execution of electrical, mechanical and plumbing works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful implementation of the above systems in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:

• Oversee and manage the daily execution of Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing works on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and plans.
• Monitor and inspect the installation electrical & low current systems / plumbing / electrical for quality assurance.

1. Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers, and other site team to resolve site-specific challenges.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.

1. Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure all MEP works comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any issues.

1. Problem Solving:

• Address and resolve technical issues and discrepancies during the work.
• Propose practical solutions for site challenges to ensure smooth workflow.

1. Health & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at the worksite.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards to create a safe working environment.

1. Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
• Experience: 2 years of UAE-based experience preferably as an Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing in projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

1. Preferred:

• Experience in managing Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing works for commercial projects.
• Valid UAE driving license (added advantage)
