QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Trade School Certificate in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an MEP Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, etc.)
  • Experience with electrical wiring, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Experience with plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and drainage.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation:
  • Install, assemble, and test various MEP systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Ensure all installations are carried out according to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Maintenance:
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all MEP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Testing and Commissioning:
  • Conduct functional tests on installed systems to ensure proper operation.
  • Assist in the commissioning and handover of projects.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Prepare reports on the status of equipment and systems.
  • Safety:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on the job site.
  • Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safe work practices.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
