Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced MEPF Expert specializing in Airside Systems with over 15 years of proven expertise in designing, managing, and delivering complex projects across Pan India .The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, with a strong focus on airside operations in infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects. This role demands technical proficiency, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovative solutions to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and optimization of airside systems, including HVAC, ventilation, and air distribution networks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local building codes). Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system analysis for airside projects. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEPF projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants. Manage procurement processes for airside equipment and materials. Provide expert guidance on airside system design, installation, and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to airside systems. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability. Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering professional development within the team. Lead technical workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure system reliability and performance. Promote adherence to safety protocols and risk management practices. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in MEPF systems, with a specialization in airside operations. Expertise in HVAC design, air distribution systems, and energy-efficient solutions. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and simulation software (e.g., CFD, EnergyPlus). Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Additional Information Preferred Attributes Demonstrated experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., airports, commercial buildings, industrial facilities). Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable design principles. Familiarity with global airside standards and practices.
