Job Description We are seeking a talented innovative MEPF Manager oversees the design, installation, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting systems in building projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications while coordinating with contractors and multidisciplinary teams, The ideal candidate will have over 15+ years of experience in project planning, preferably within the building and possess strong technical and leadership skills. • Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects. • Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects. • Consistently delivers profit margins planned. • Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion. • Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors). • Manages more complex clients and projects. • Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such. • Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims. • Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or MEP-related field. • Minimum 15 years of solid experience in MEPF management for building projects (commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use). • Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and building automation systems. Additional Information • Experience working with HVAC design, installation, and commissioning • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong team leadership and ability to guide multidisciplinary MEPF teams.
