REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz passenger cars using our brand sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, constantly aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Achieve maximum profitability on the sales of our range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, promoting finance, insurance, and auxiliary products.
  • Build strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seek new business opportunities outside the showroom.
  • Implement the MSL sales process consistently.
  • Achieve new volume and model mix targets set each year by the company.
  • Meet used car targets annually.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Achieve accessories sales targets.
  • Meet all relevant KPIs in line with the company’s commission structure.
