As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Merchandise Associate to join our team. Job Overview: As a Merchandise Associate at EEG, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s). Key Responsibilities: * Energetically greet and welcome all guests and deliver exceptional service. * Maintain an organized environment,restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor. * Answer guests questions about specific products. * Provide friendly guidance to guests during their visit and actively share recommendations to cross-sell and up-sell products. * Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) system and appropriate cash handling procedures.  * Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent customer service skills. * Previous experience in retail sales. * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Experience working in a team-oriented and fast paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of standing and walking. * Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
