We are seeking a Merchandise Administration Manager to play a key role at the centre of our Merchandise function, leading data integrity, pricing governance, reporting and process improvement. This is not a typical administration role. You are responsible for ensuring product data and pricing are accurate, systems and processes run efficiently, and insights are delivered to support informed, commercial decision-making across the business. What you will be doing Own product data integrity and pricing governance across systems Deliver reporting and insights to support business decisions Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Protect margin through pricing accuracy and supplier governance Lead system and process improvement initiatives Develop and lead a high-performing team Your impact Ensure accurate product and pricing data across all platforms Deliver timely reporting for key stakeholders Support clearance strategies to maximise margin Maintain accurate, compliant supplier terms Partner cross-functionally across Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Retail Lead projects that drive operational improvement What you will bring Experience in retail merchandising, pricing or master data management Strong analytical capability and commercial mindset Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL or similar tools A focus on process improvement and operational excellence Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience ERP and data governance experience (desirable) If you are ready to lead, influence and deliver meaningful business impact, we would love to hear from you.
