Position: Merchandise Allocator Based in: London, (Holborn Head Office). This is an in-person position, not remote. Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri, from 8 am) Salary: From £33,000 PURESEOUL is a fast-growing, multi-brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK. We're on the lookout for a confident and well-organised personal assistant to work alongside our Head office team, providing critical administrative support. As a Merchandise Allocator, youll sit at the heart of our operations, balancing creativity with commercial focus. Youll forecast demand, manage inventory across online and retail channels, and work closely with internal teams to keep our shelves and fulfilment centre stocked with the latest and trending K-Beauty. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, data-driven decisions, and seeing the direct impact of their work on our customer experience. What Youll Do Forecast demand for products across multiple channels using data, trends, and insight. Manage stock levels to ensure consistent availability while minimising excess inventory. Collaborate with Internal teams, Warehouse, and logistics to manage lead times, deliveries, and replenishment. Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns, communicating clearly with internal teams to align stock according to marketing plans, promotions, and timelines. Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency. What were looking for Experienced in supply or demand planning, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods. Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confident using Excel and data tools to forecast, plan, and report. A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly to change. Passionate about beauty, retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
