EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

· Comfort with Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role
· Available to work outside regular business hours as needed
· Team player. Desire to work within a team and apprenticeship environment and pitch in where needed
· Coursework, internship, or prior experience in retail or consumer goods a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to move about the corporate office including the sample room when needed
· Ability to stand to handle and organize samples

· Assist buying team with day-to-day tasks and projects including but not limited to building orders, tracking samples, maintaining the sample room, entering data into the system, analyzing sales performance, and attending vendor appointments. Assist with monthly in house studio shoots.
· Create and enter orders in tandem with the Buyer
· Create related reports in Excel and/or PowerPoint for internal and external parties.
· Obtain imagery (or samples to submit and prepare for our in-house photo shoots) and product information for the eCommerce website
· Track product deliveries and ensure issue-free receipt of goods
· Attend buying meetings (often via video, sometimes in person) to preview lines. Take detailed notes and assist in order creation.
· Follow all processes and procedures related to the end-to-end order to in-house delivery process.
