We are currently seeking a Merchandise Stocking & Receiving Assistant for the arcade within FEG – Kalahari / Tom Foolerys in Wisconsin Dells. What will you be doing as a Merchandise Stocking & Receiving Assistant with Family Entertainment Group? Providing outstanding guest service. Receiving merchandise shipments and packages. Assisting with unloading pallets, boxes, and product deliveries. Checking in orders and helping maintain accurate records of what has been received. Communicating missing, damaged, or incorrect items to leadership. Restocking the redemption area and merchandise games. Organizing backstock and storage areas. Making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find. Keeping merchandise storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Assisting with inventory counts of merchandise, prizes, and office supplies. Helping move, stock, and organize product throughout the arcade. Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, stocking, inventory, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
