Job Description Merchandise Associate (Seasonal) The merchandise associate is responsible for maintaining and organizing the storefront by stocking shelves, appealingly arranging merchandise, and building product displays to create a smooth shopping experience. Handles customer concerns and inquiries. Attends the cash register as needed. Coordinates with team members for smooth operations. Providing outstanding customer experiences. Receiving new merchandise and stocking shelves on the sales floor. Restocking and neatly repacking unsold items onto shelves. Preparing merchandise for purchase by entering items into store inventory and applying sales tags. Assembling product displays, dressing mannequins, and arranging merchandise in storefront windows. Promoting a positive store culture. To ensure that all company's Merchandising directives are being adhered to. Ensuring that product prices are clearly marked and that items are properly displayed. Qualifications A high school diploma. Previous experience in retail, inventory, or merchandising, preferably in a theme park or waterpark environment. Good knowledge in computer use.
