We are seeking a Merchandise Coordinator, focused with an emphasis on our Convenience and Outdoor operations. This role will be on-site at our Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS.  Summary of Position: Collaborate with the corporate retail department and stores to support any/all functions of buying and merchandising.   Responsibilities:  * Maintain inventory database with correct descriptions, vendor codes, tax codes, cost/prices, inactive items, to ensure accuracy * Communicate with locations on database issues and general support * Utilize reporting to support buying team and retail leadership  * Accurate and timely data entry, vendor communication, follow through delivery * Understand company’s ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas, with a focus on upholding the highest level of quality * Support in season inventory replenishment * Maintain job related confidentiality * Actively foster a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork * Other duties as assigned Requirements:  * Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Intermediate Microsoft office skills, with an emphasis on excel * Efficiency with ICS system (POS and reporting) * Ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally and handle physical exertion involving bending, twisting, and squatting Education and Experience:  Education:  College or High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience:  Two years retail experience preferred   All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
