QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, forecast needs, and create buying plans.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor relations.
• Proficiency in creating purchase orders and tracking shipments.
• A passion for baseball and a fast-paced team environment is a plus!

The Glacier Range Riders are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to lead our retail operations. This is a crucial role for a passionate individual who can manage all aspects of our merchandise, from procurement to sales, ensuring our fans have a great selection of high-quality team gear onsite and online.
