Now Hiring: MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR  We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized go-getter to join our Retail Merchandising team. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Customer Experience, the Merchandise Coordinator will play a hands-on role in shaping how our products are presented and experienced — from managing inventory at our Richmond warehouse to helping set up beautiful displays at our bases. If you love a mix of logistics, coordination, and visual presentation, this role is for you.   WORK HOURS:  Office hours (weekend and evenings as needed)  LOCATION: Richmond, BC and Vancouver, BC (split between locations) with occasional travel to other locations  TERM: Full Time Regular  DEPARTMENT: Commercial     Responsibilities and Expectations * Inventory Management: * Manage the physical inventory of merchandise at our Richmond, BC location — receiving new orders, coordinating outbound logistics to other locations, and maintaining accurate records in our digital inventory platform. You'll also create labels, price tags, and other merchandise materials as needed. * In-store merchandising support * Provide guidance on merchandise display set-up at our bases — both in person and remotely. Help ensure our retail and food & beverage offerings are presented consistently and attractively across all locations. * Cross-team coordination * Serve as a key liaison between our bases and the Retail Merchandising team — answering questions, facilitating logistics, and keeping communication flowing smoothly across teams. Qualifications/Assets IDEAL EXPERIENCE  * At least 3 years retail experience, including inventory management * Prior experience with digital retail platforms * Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) and ability/willingness to learn new software program EDUCATION  * High school diploma required * Undergraduate degree in tourism, business, economics, or similar is desirable   CRITICAL CAPABILITIES Organization  * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Communication * Strong written and oral communication skills Time Management * Superior time management skills, including managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously     ABOUT HARBOUR AIR  Harbour Air is North America's largest seaplane airline, a quintessential west coast experience offering up to 300 daily scheduled flights, charters, and scenic tours showcasing British Columbia’s coast and beyond.
