JOB TITLE: Merchandise Coordinator LOCATION: TC Santiago SCHEDULE: 8:00-5:00pm DLS 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Work Model: Hybrid after 3 months. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the product development team and product strategies for Jostens. Report to the Director of Product Development but support the entire product development team in accordance with the overall merchandise strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Create, enter, and perform in season updates to product information in multiple databases * Support the Product development team across all categories in executing product launches on Jostens.com and with sales team, including JComm and ESO testing * Be a Liaison to Sales force and CS to address problems, issues, and questions and address them I a timely manner * Perform general administrative duties for product team as needed. * Assist with Seasonal projects for the product team, such as market surveys, trend research, and trend boards * Conduct weekly web validation of copy, images, and links on product pages on Jostens.com * Run product performance reporting for the team through Insight and Tableau Required: * High school graduate or college student * English Proficiency * Proficient in all Microsoft applications * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask * Strong ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency * Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Must live in Santiago Preferred: * BA or BS degree * Adobe Programs knowledge Benefits: * Weekly Payment * Law medical insurance and AFP * Complementary Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * Internal Bank * Credit in pharmacy and optic center * Referral Program * Growth Opportunities About Jostens: Jostens leads the student commemoration market and has been serving local communities for over 125 years.
