The Merchandise Coordinator will support the US/Canada merchandising team with a primary focus on data entry, sample management, and daily activities involved in the product development cycle. You will report to the Sr. Merchant, USCA Men's Tops. About the Job Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems Oversee sample organization and management for assigned global product categories Manage merchandising tool creation and ongoing management (Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe) Assist in preparation of meeting materials and support Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed About You Bachelor's degree in related discipline 1+ years of experience in apparel merchandising Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels Passion for product and the consumer This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $53,500 - $70,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
