Join a dynamic team at the forefront of motorsports culture. As Merchandise Lead, you’ll shape the strategy, storytelling, and execution behind client Racing’s branded merchandise-blending fashion, motorsports heritage, and fan engagement into a high-performance retail experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in apparel merchandising, ideally within motorsports or a lifestyle brand
• Proven success in product assortment planning, line management, and revenue growth across multiple channels
• Strong blend of financial acumen, creative merchandising, trend forecasting, and brand storytelling
• Experience collaborating across design, manufacturing, and marketing functions
• Deep understanding of client Racing, motorsports culture, and race events
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Skilled in sales data analysis, inventory management, and pricing strategy
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication tools
• Professional demeanor with a challenger mindset and problem-solving ability
