POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, trend-savvy Experienced Merchandise Planner / Allocator to join our corporate team. This hybrid role combines strategic financial planning, inventory allocation, and buying to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time. You’ll analyze sales trends past & present, manage inventory flow, and work closely with our buying and visual team to keep our product assortment fresh, balanced, and aligned with the Stitch & Feather brand. You will be responsible for building and managing merchandise plans that maximize sales, optimize inventory, and support our seasonal assortment vision.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or buying.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of fashion trends and ability to balance creative vision with business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
