In this role, you will collaborate with Creative Services, Planning, Production, and trusted supplier partners to transform concepts into reality. Essential Functions of the Job Build and maintain detailed tech packs, ensuring timely and accurate communication to vendors. Execute and update assortment edits in coordination with Merchandising and Product Management. Manage day-to-day vendor communications; escalate issues as needed. Negotiate costing and MOQ targets; provide recommendations for efficiency or cost savings. Develop color, fabric, and print stories under the guidance of the Manager. Maintain the fabric and trim library and ensure seasonal updates. Approve PP and TOP samples in collaboration with the Manager. Track milestones against the development calendar and escalate risks proactively. Support innovation and trend research to inform product direction. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and alignment across categories. Partner cross-functionally to support Creative, Production, and Merchandising teams. Review sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Other Duties and Responsibilities Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business processes to improve products or services Interfaces with various departments to ensure successful launches Provides logistical recommendations for product merchandising during the Masters Tournament Trains and coaches the Tournament employee sales force on product knowledge Performs any other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job Qualifications: Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Technical knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and able to execute multiple priorities Proven international sourcing experience and market awareness Computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs, as well as back-office inventory control software Demonstrated proficiency with ADOBE Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop Self-motivated and able to take the lead on projects while anticipating the needs of the team Ability to translate relevant consumer trends into Masters merchandise that will resonate to our patrons Knowledge of textiles and materials and the properties associated with the use and care Relative Experience/Education: Two (2) to four (4) years of product development experience, preferably in apparel or accessories Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Design or related field Required License(s): Possess a valid driver’s license and/or successfully completes the Club’s internal motor vehicle training program Projected Work Schedule: Normal work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Work Authorization & Sponsorship Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
