REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in merchandising or sales, ideally in fresh produce or grocery retail.
• Basic knowledge of handling perishable goods.
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts (10-12 hours).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required.

• Arrange and display fresh fruit and vegetable products in stores to attract customers and boost sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and remove spoiled or expired items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of display and storage areas.
• Ensure daily availability of products and support achievement of sales targets.
• Communicate with store staff and logistics team to coordinate stock replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service when needed.
• Report customer feedback and sales trends to the supervisor or sales team.
