Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Merchandiser, you’ll be right at the heart of our business - using data, insight, and commercial instinct to drive sales, maximise profitability, and keep our product game strong. You’ll be a key partner to our Head of Merchandising and Buying teams, ensuring we’ve got the right product, in the right place, at the right time.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Using data to optimise sales volume and profitability across product areas.
  • Planning budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy.
  • Managing stock levels and monitoring WSSI to keep intake sharp.
  • Reviewing sales forecasts and making proactive recommendations.
  • Spotting best and worst sellers, acting fast to maximise performance.
  • Supporting promotions, rebuys, and trading decisions.
  • Building strong relationships across Buying, VM, Studio, and Finance.
  • Leading and developing your team to perform at their best.
