Merchandiser - Bulk To be based at Biyagama Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. With operations in Sri Lanka and additional facilities in India and Indonesia, Silueta supports a diversified workforce and continues to expand its global footprint to meet evolving market needs. Silueta provides seamless, high-performance designs for categories such as intimate wear and sportswear, offering premium apparel solutions crafted for both comfort and performance. Looking for a dynamic individual to ensure raw materials are organized in line with planned requirements / manage stock levels to meet customer service requirements and minimum write-offs and ensure appropriate material allocation procedures are adhered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure raw materials are available in the correct quantity, colour, and type as per the BOM. * Follow up on material progress for different styles. * Handle shortages, excess usage, and damaged materials by arranging replacements. * Prepare and share accurate documents, including: * Purchase orders * Shipping details (correct quantities, timelines, cargo cut-off) * Packing lists (correct materials and information) * Track and follow up on payments with suppliers and customers. * Keep raw material progress updates accurate and timely for both the team and customers. * Monitor supplier-related costs and liabilities to support profitability. * Support supplier evaluation by providing performance data. * Verify BOM consumption before placing orders to reduce waste and losses. KEY QUALIFICATIONS * Completed degree in Business Management/Merchandising or Marketing * CIM / CIMA qualification would be an added advantage * 1-2 yrs experience in a Bulk merchandising

Responsibilities

Manage raw material organization and stock levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing write-offs. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure correct material quantities, colors, and types are available according to the Bill of Materials.
