JOB SUMMARY The Merchandiser ensures strong in-store execution across assigned retail stores, primarily supporting Modern Trade and Kiosk by maintaining product visibility, stock availability, and promotional compliance. This role also provides roving execution support during campaigns and priority periods, reinforcing sell-out initiatives, monitoring execution quality, and providing structured field feedback. Working closely with the Retail Execution Lead, this role acts as the eyes and support layer on the ground to ensure consistent in-store execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Store Merchandising & Shelf Execution Maintain proper shelf display and planogram compliance Ensure correct product placement, facing, and visibility Monitor shelf share and positioning versus competitors Ensure products are clean, organized, and customer-ready Stock Monitoring & Availability Check inventory levels in assigned stores regularly Coordinate with store personnel for replenishment Flag out-of-stock risks and low stock situations Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving SKUs Promo & Display Execution Support Implement promotional displays and materials Ensure correct placement of POS materials and collaterals Validate promo compliance during store visits Support rollout of campaigns in coordination with Execution Lead 🔹 Roving Execution Support (Campaign & Priority Periods) Rotate across assigned stores based on deployment plans Provide floor presence during campaigns, peak periods, and priority stores Reinforce approved promo mechanics, bundles, and push SKUs Support visibility and prioritization of hero SKUs Sell-Out Support & Customer Engagement Assist in highlighting key products and promotions to customers Guide customers to Beauty Advisors for assisted selling Reinforce campaign messaging on the floor Field Monitoring & Structured Reporting Submit regular reports including: Competitor observations Execution gaps Stock and aging inventory observations Promo compliance Flag risks such as: Slow-moving SKUs OOS risks Execution inconsistencies Brand Standards & Planogram Monitoring Monitor compliance to approved planograms (POG) Ensure displays are aligned with brand standards Flag damaged or non-compliant materials Coordination & Field Feedback Provide updates on store conditions and competitor activity Report daily coverage and execution observations Escalate issues to Retail Execution Lead KEY KPIs Merchandising compliance score Stock availability rate Promo display compliance Store visit completion rate QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience At least 2 years’ `experience in Modern Trade execution, trade marketing, field supervision, or retail operations Background in beauty, FMCG, or Modern Trade is a plus SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Customer-focused and approachable Confident communicator Adaptable to rotating store assignments Organized with basic coordination skills Team player with positive attitude WORK ENVIRONMENT Field-based across Modern Trade stores and Kiosk Locations Rotating store assignments depending on business needs May require extended hours during promotions and peak retail periods EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT Dermorepubliq is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
