Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Intimates team as a Merchandiser - Development. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to be diligent and accurately follow through on all related activities from the receipt of design concept to style development and bulk tech pack handover whilst building relationships and credibility with all relevant parties in order to ensure a smooth flow of operations and support the account in achieving set objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Senior Executives to meet customer expectations, ensuring timely and accurate management of development and commercialization processes. Implement T&A, on-time raw material delivery, and ensure PO quantities/ratios and cut dates are met. Proactively communicate delays and suggest improvements for prices, MOQ/MCQ. Manage customer development calendars and work on new development projects for business growth, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure timely completion of costing, BOM, PLM, and Salesforce updates to meet internal financial goals. Procure raw materials as per BOM, monitor progress, manage shortages, and follow up on payments and supplier engagement. Conduct risk analysis with customers and suppliers, and ensure timely sample development and follow-up on raw material needs. Coordinate sample development, resolve technical queries, and ensure all samples and prototypes are completed on time. Lead coordination with suppliers for RM, lead times, costing, and bulk delivery, while supporting the launch styles and sourcing activities. Track colour samples, update system information, and ensure timely completion across various sample stages. Contribute to lean initiatives and Kaizen activities to support department strategies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience Degree or management qualification in a relevant field (Professional - Fully Qualified) Experience with SAP, PLM, and Excel systems. Prior experience in bulk order execution is highly advantageous Strong background in mathematics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of product development, styles, and samples Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong relationship-building skills Exceptional planning and organizational abilities Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
Responsibilities
