Carry-out all related activities from the receipt of the style to the development of the fit samples, coordinate with relevant parties as required in order to meet customer requirements and achieve business objective through maximising sales revenue with high service level and customer satisfaction.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific development requirements, enable the process of commercialisation with pricing, relevant terms/ conditions thereby ensure customer retention and growth * Effectively manage the customer development calendar to meet internal / external deadlines, requirements and work on New Development projects for business growth, whilst maintaining cordial relationship with all the internal stakeholders  * Ensure accurate data entry for costing / product, share information with all relevant internal stakeholders and facilitate decision making with regular reporting that to sustain the business * Coordinate the SAMM sample development process, participate in development meetings, whilst sourcing fabric and other raw material based on the customer request, in order to ensure samples / prototypes are completed and delivered in a timely manner * Support the Salesman Sample process by updating relevant information into the system in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate the effective completion of samples * Contribute to the implementation and sustenance of Lean Initiatives while driving Lean Objectives to achieve set KPI’s     KEY REQUIREMENTS * Graduates in Marketing, Business Management or any other qualification (CIM/ CIMA) in a relevant field / Professional - Fully Qualified. * 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience. * Thorough knowledge in PLM and SAP systems. * Ability to work with multiple parties at any given time (MISA/Technical, Textile, sourcing, Bulk and Design) * Good communication skills / Excel & Darwin/ * Excellent customer relationship management skills.      
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end development process from style receipt to fit sample completion to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to handle pricing, commercialization, and the delivery of prototypes within deadlines.
