We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Carry-out all related activities from the receipt of the style to the development of the fit samples, coordinate with relevant parties as required in order to meet customer requirements and achieve business objective through maximising sales revenue with high service level and customer satisfaction KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific development requirements, enable the process of commercialization with pricing, relevant terms/ conditions thereby ensure customer retention and growth. * Coordinate the SAMM sample development process, participate in development meetings, whilst sourcing fabric and other raw material based on the customer request, in order to ensure samples / prototypes are completed and delivered in a timely manner. * Support the Salesman Sample process by updating relevant information into the system in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate the effective completion of samples   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   * Degree in relevant field or CIM as an equivalent professional qualification * 1-2 years of relevant work experience * Knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, styles, samples * IT literacy
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end development process from style receipt to fit sample completion while coordinating with stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Ensure timely delivery of prototypes and samples while supporting commercialization and sales revenue objectives.
