Merchandiser Development (Based at Bodyline-Horana) Bodyline specializes in producing fitted garments and superior next-to-skin performance wear; and is the go-to vendor for bra innovations. The company has evolved from making simple minimalist styles for a single customer to multiple styles and silhouettes across product categories for global brands. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the the Customer Unit and Order Management at Bodyline as a Merchandiser Development. This role would enable you to manage customer expected product development needs, through a collaborative effort, with internal & external stake holders to make sure product gets commercialized within the defined customer calendar which ultimately deliver customer satisfaction & business profitability. Key Responsibilities: Managing customer TNA and driving cross-functional activities to achieve customer and internal deadlines, while implementing seasonal newness from design to commercialization to support the customer’s seasonal pipeline. Drive to improve the timelines, Cost accuracy and competitiveness to sustain and grow the business. Liaise with internal teams & drive to meet the deadline by sharing Internal/external communications documents such as BOM/LT chart etc with the accuracy and consistency of work right first time. Plan internal/ external communication to ensure smooth bulk operation and customer satisfaction. Update and manage connected systems to ensure accurate flow of data. (Internal/ external) Identify the gaps in the current process , propose and plan initiatives for improvements and monitor and measure the progress of the initiatives. Support the Account Manager in the strategic business Development in order to grow and sustain the business. Qualifications: Degree in marketing or equivalent professional qualification 1-2 years’ experience in development merchandising Material development knowledge Project Management Marketing skills
