As we continue our exciting national expansion and roll out of new store openings, we’re looking for a talented Merchandiser / Range Planner to join Eden Mobility – the UK’s leading mobility retailer.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our 40 existing stores, while playing a vital role in launching new locations across the country. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our product range is optimised, our displays are customer-focused, and that our stores are commercially sharp, well-presented, and always one step ahead.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Range Planning – You’ll analyse performance data and customer trends to ensure we have the right products in the right stores at the right time.
  • Store Merchandising – You’ll lead on visual merchandising layouts, planograms, and store presentation – both for new openings and existing estate updates.
  • New Store Launches – You’ll work closely with our retail and operations teams to plan, stock, and dress new stores to deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.
  • Commercial Strategy – Identify and react to sales opportunities, stock gaps and regional needs – using insight to drive improvements and boost profitability.
  • Store Redesign Support – Support the visual refresh of our current stores as we continue to invest in our brand and customer journey.

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven background in merchandising, retail planning, or range management, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • A strong eye for detail and passion for commercial retailing – you know what good looks like and how to make it happen.
  • Data-savviness – comfortable analysing sales trends and using insights to inform decisions.
  • A self-starter with excellent organisation skills – you’ll juggle multiple projects and still keep a smile.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally – from marketing and buying to operations and retail teams.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide as needed to support store openings and refreshes.
