POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at the Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store. This key role is responsible for the presentation of tickets, displays, and overall merchandising standards across the store, ensuring that our showroom consistently reflects the premium experience expected at a flagship location.

KEY ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual display is preferred
• Strong understanding of brand representation and customer engagement through visual presentation
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Physically fit and able to lift or move display items as needed
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards in Australia’s premier Harvey Norman store

• Ensure all ticketing is accurate, up to date, and compliant with promotional and pricing guidelines
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all departments
• Work closely with department managers to implement promotional campaigns and brand guidelines
• Regularly review display integrity and rectify any ticketing errors, signage issues, or untidy presentations
• Support setup and maintenance of end caps, feature displays, and POS materials
• Ensure all displays reflect current stock availability and feature best-selling or high-margin lines
• Identify and implement opportunities for visual improvements and enhanced customer engagement
• Assist in stock movements and floor resets where required to maintain merchandising flow
• Provide feedback to management on store presentation, signage opportunities, and display effectiveness
